This article will help with your problem on creating the exact form for your report, thesis, storyboards and more. This is also the last topic that I will write for this concept as I move on to other topics.

Put it All!
Many of us thought that when we make our reports we have to put everything. We are afraid that if we didn't do that no one will understand our reports. Ironically, the more that we put things together the more people don't understand it.

Show it All!
I remember one time when I was asked to teach about Endocrine System. I was freaking nervous of what I must place on my slides. So to cut the tension, I decided to put everything I know on my lecture. It turned out like thought salad. My students were all in limbo. Instead of learning, they just get so tangled in confusion.
I asked them what is wrong. And they told me that they were overwhelmed. "Overwhelmed of what?" I asked. They said overwhelmed with all the ideas and thoughts. And they further added that nothing seems to enter their minds.
And so in the next hours of my lecture, I changed my mode of teaching. And guess what they can't get enough of it.

Tell Them Like When They were Ten
I taught my lecture in a whole new way. In a way you are very much familiar. Can you still remember how it feels like when your mom or dad reads you a story? Well that is the same thing I did with my students. Any the funny thing was that they found my lecture really alive and kicking. What I've found out was that the human mind follows a certain structure. And that structure was primitive, but as powerful as any form of teaching techniques.

The Story Structure
In a story there is three basic parts:
- Introduction
- Body
- Resolution
Follow it up always with an explanation of things. Make sure to keep it as brief and simple as possible. If ever you are to use complicated explanations, do it one portion at a time. Otherwise they'll get confuse.
At the end of any explanation, always do the following as part of your resolution:
- Sum things up with key points.
- Emphasize the importance of the concept.
- Ask your audience if there is anything unclear?
- Answer each question directly. Tip: When you answer question you can't understand always start with a common ground. In other words, rephrase the statement as to how you understand it and tell that to them.
